Ways to pay

Choose your payment method at checkout.

The methods available to you will appear during checkout. Digital wallets may depend on the device and browser being used.

Credit and debit cards

Pay directly at checkout using an accepted Visa, Mastercard or American Express card.

Afterpay

Eligible New Zealand customers can select Afterpay at checkout and manage the instalments directly through Afterpay.

Once checkout is completed successfully, an order confirmation is sent to the email address supplied.

Pay over time

Using Afterpay

Afterpay is available to eligible New Zealand customers. Approval, spending limits, payment dates and account management are handled by Afterpay.

Add your tool

Add the product to your cart and proceed through the normal checkout.

Select Afterpay

Choose Afterpay from the available payment methods at the payment stage.

Complete approval

Follow the Afterpay prompts to sign in, confirm eligibility and complete the order.

Refunds, declined payments and checkout help.

Payment providers control part of the process, so some timeframes and approval decisions sit outside iCarsoft New Zealand.

Refunds

Returned to the original method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the same payment method used for the order. The time taken to appear is then controlled by the bank or payment provider.

Check the entered details

Confirm the card details and billing information, then try again. Your bank or payment provider may need to approve or explain a declined transaction.

Wallet not showing

Device and browser matter

Apple Pay and Google Pay only appear when supported by the device, browser and wallet setup. Another listed payment method can still be used.

Afterpay refunds: Once a refund is processed, Afterpay updates the customer's payment schedule or account according to its own process and terms.
