THE TPMS & FULL-SYSTEM TWO-IN-ONE TOOL
Activate, diagnose, program and relearn compatible TPMS sensors, with multi-brand full-system diagnostics and active testing built in.
The iCarsoft TPMS V800 combines a multi-brand diagnostic scan tool with dedicated tyre-pressure monitoring system service capability. It is designed for tyre shops, workshops, mobile technicians and capable home users who regularly deal with TPMS warning lights, sensor replacement and general vehicle fault diagnosis.
Alongside TPMS activation, diagnosis, programming and relearn functions, the V800 provides full-system diagnostics, live data, bi-directional active testing, diagnostic reports and nine commonly used service procedures on supported vehicles.
WHERE IT FITS
The V800 makes sense where sensor activation, replacement and relearn work is a regular part of the job. It is not positioned as a replacement for the larger CR Pro or CR Max range where broader service capability and workshop diagnostics are the priority.
A standard diagnostic scanner may read a TPMS fault code but cannot necessarily activate a wheel sensor, inspect its transmitted data or program a replacement sensor. The V800 combines these TPMS-specific tasks with the broader diagnostic functions needed for everyday workshop fault finding.
TPMS service
Activate sensors, inspect IDs and data, diagnose faults and carry out relearns.
Vehicle diagnostics
Scan supported systems, view live data and command compatible components.
One handheld unit
A practical two-in-one option for tyre work and general maintenance.
The V800 can trigger compatible 315MHz and 433MHz wheel sensors and display available sensor information. Depending on the sensor, this can include the sensor ID, pressure, temperature and battery condition.
It can also communicate with the vehicleβs TPMS control module to read ECU information, check stored fault codes and clear supported faults after the underlying issue has been repaired.
This helps separate a failed wheel sensor from a vehicle-module, receiver or relearn problem before parts are replaced.
The V800 can program compatible programmable TPMS replacement sensors by writing supported sensor information and IDs. It can also carry out vehicle relearn procedures where supported, allowing the vehicle to recognise newly installed or repositioned sensors.
Sensor programming does not mean every OE or aftermarket sensor can be rewritten. Confirm that the replacement sensor is compatible with the V800 before ordering sensors for programming.
The diagnostic side of the V800 can access manufacturer-specific modules throughout supported vehicles. Depending on the vehicle, this can include engine, transmission, ABS, airbags, instrument cluster, body control, climate control, steering, electronic parking brake, suspension, lighting and TPMS systems.
Available functions include reading and clearing fault codes, viewing ECU information, checking live data and freeze-frame information, carrying out a complete vehicle scan and opening individual modules for more focused diagnosis.
The exact systems available depend on the vehicle make, model, year, market specification and fitted equipment.
Bi-directional control allows the V800 to send commands to supported modules and components rather than only reading stored information. Depending on the vehicle, this can include fuel pumps, cooling fans, throttle actuators, ABS components, windows, lights, valves and relays.
Active-test coverage varies by make, model, year and fitted ECU. A test available on one vehicle may not be available on another.
Service-function availability varies by vehicle. A listed procedure is not available on every supported make, model or year.
Software updates are installed through a Windows computer and remain free for the life of the tool, with no annual subscription.
Previous diagnostic sessions can be reopened, and reports can be saved or printed through a Windows computer for workshop records or customer documentation.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Vehicle diagnostics, service functions, TPMS relearns and sensor support vary by vehicle and sensor type. Check the official Function List when a particular capability is essential.
TPMS V800
Best where sensor activation, programming and relearn work is required alongside general diagnostics.
CR Pro+
Better where broader diagnostic and service capability matters more than dedicated TPMS sensor programming.
Choose the V800 if TPMS sensor activation, diagnosis, programming and relearn work is regularly required and you also need full-system vehicle diagnostics in the same handheld unit.
Choose the CR Pro+ or CR Max range where broader vehicle service capability and workshop diagnostics are the main priority and dedicated TPMS sensor programming is not required.
