iCarsoft VAWS v1.0 Audi/VW/Seat/Skoda Scan Tool

The iCarsoft VAWS V1.0 is a straightforward Volkswagen Group diagnostic tool for owners and home mechanics who want deeper access than an engine-only OBD2 reader without moving to the wider service and active-test capability of the VAWS V2.0, V3.0 or V4.0.

All-System Diagnostics

Unlike a basic OBD2 reader, the VAWS V1.0 can communicate with manufacturer-specific modules beyond the engine system. Depending on the vehicle, this can include transmission, ABS, airbags, instrument cluster, body control, climate control, steering, lighting, infotainment and comfort systems.

The exact modules and live-data values available vary by marque, model, year, market specification and fitted equipment.

Two Service Functions

These functions are vehicle-dependent. The VAWS V1.0 does not include EPB service, DPF regeneration, battery registration, active testing, coding or adaptations.
